The Craft

Flour, water, salt,
and time — nothing rushed

Every loaf at Victoria's Vineyard begins with a 48-hour natural fermentation. We don't cut corners; we let the dough do what it needs to do, and the flavor follows.

Long Fermentation

Our sourdough rests for a full two days, developing complex flavor and a crumb that's impossible to rush.

Butter Lamination

Every croissant and pain au chocolat is hand-laminated — 27 layers of French butter and dough, folded at dawn.

Small-batch olive oils, regional honeys, and rare spices — each item hand-selected for quality and character.

Our Story

Born from a love of
slow food and close community

Victoria's Vineyard started as a weekend passion — a kitchen table, a starter named after a grandmother, and the stubborn belief that Hartford City deserved bread worth waking up for.

Today, our kitchen on West Washington still operates on the same principle: make it the way it should be made, and the neighbors will come. We source flour from regional mills, use only cultured starters, and let every batch develop on its own timeline.
